"Our duty to preserve the Seventh Amendment is a matter of high Constitutional importance. The founders of our country thought that trial by civil jury was an essential bulwark of civil liberty and it must be scupulously safeguarded."

Justice Hugo Black, 1939

WWM welcomes referrals. In fact, almost 100 per cent of our clientele comes to us from people familiar with our work–other lawyers, former clients and their family members, or persons otherwise aware of the commitment we bring to our legal practice. We are not "advertising lawyers." You won’t see us on the cover of the local phone book, on billboards along the highway, or on the back of your city bus. We garner clients the old way: through our reputation of hard work and fair results.

If you know someone who could use our help, please tell them to contact us. For members of the legal profession, we provide referral fees in most cases, consistent with the Code of Professional Responsibility.

Furthermore, if you need legal representation in a matter we do not ordinarily handle, we will attempt to refer you to a lawyer who may be able to help. Although we cannot warrant the results of the work of other practitioners, with our many years of practice in Texas, we generally know competent counsel in other areas of the law.
